Requesting Appointments
A formal referral is not required to arrange an appointment with Kathryn. Potential clients or health professionals are welcome to contact Kathryn via phone or email to discuss treatment options and suitability.

Fees
Kathryn’s fees are for a 50 minute consultation and due to being a private clinic, bulk billing is not available.
Payment is required upon completion of appointment via EFTPOS facilities available.
HICAPS is also available for those eligible for medicare rebates.

Medicare Rebates
Medicare rebates are available for Kathryn’s psychological services for those eligible under the Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. You can speak to your GP about your eligibility for these rebates and to arrange the appropriate referral required for claiming.

Private Health Insurance
Private health rebates vary depending upon your policy. Please enquire with your Private Health Fund.
Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed simultaneously.

Cancellation Policy
Any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% fee.
